1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Biblical Education Center (“BEC”) website, enrolling in educational courses, booking consultations,

or downloading publications and resources, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Educational Services & Consultations

BEC provides educational courses, curriculum materials, publications, and institutional consultations. All

consultations and educational insights are provided for spiritual and practical enrichment purposes and do not

constitute legal, financial or licensed professional therapy advice.

3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

Users agree to use BEC websites, communication portals, and virtual classrooms lawfully and respectfully.

Prohibited behaviors include:

• Disruption of educational sessions, forums, or virtual learning spaces.

• Uploading malicious code, spamming, or attempting unauthorized system access.

• Misrepresenting identity or affiliation during course registration or consultation intake.

4. Payments, Enrollments, & Refunds

Fees for paid courses, consulting engagements, or physical/digital publication orders must be submitted at

registration. Cancellation and refund eligibility for educational events and advisory engagements are governed by

specific program registration guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

BEC services and digital materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BEC shall

not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website access, temporary

service disruptions, or reliance on published content.
